Job Description & Summary
Responsibilities
- Instruct and facilitate soft skills programs and learning activities in both classroom and e-learning settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
- Curate and organise digital learning content within our e-learning platforms, ensuring relevance for target groups and organising content into bite-sized modules.
- Stay updated on digital learning trends and tools, actively promoting microlearning through concise, engaging modules accessible anytime, anywhere.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts.
- Monitor learner engagement and adapt content as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and foster a 24/7 learning environment.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- One to three years of working experience in L&D or related areas.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and content management, demonstrating digital proficiency and the ability to manage virtual learning platforms.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken), along with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the organisation's objectives and ability to work well within a team, demonstrating proactivity and multitasking.
- Able to travel overseas if requested.
