atFarm to Fork Co., Ltd.As a Customer Hero you'll be responsible for ensuring customers are always happy and well-informed. You must be proactive, enthusiastic, master of all communication and work well under pressure!
- Be customers' best friend and make their day.
- Answering queries over the phone, email, Line, Facebook, Instagram…
- Collect data about customer happiness, help analyse customer segments and behaviour, support building a tailored user experience.
- Work closely with our operations and kitchen crew to perform last minute miracles.
- Extrovert personality: you love speaking to people and help them resolve any issues and enquiries
- You speak Thai & English
- Forward thinking and action-taker: you anticipate potential problems and prevent them before they occur
- Empathetic but resilient: You deeply care about customers but always remain calm
- Work well under pressure: "Hangry" came into existence for a reason. You will prevent or diffuse customers from reaching this state.
