As an Accounting & HR Administrator you will play a vital role in the company. You'll be responsible for the accurate entry of financial invoices and other important administrative tasks. You must be proactive, enthusiastic, with excellent attention to detail.

• Data entry into accounting system.
• Assist Finance Manager with invoice management and payments.
• Manage general finance and accounting documents.
• Assist payroll processing ; calculation, payslip creation, social security, and any government related filings.
• VAT, Withholding Tax and Social Security filing (No experience required)
• Assist with any other office or administration related tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other numerate degree.
• Computer savvy and a quick learner.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Xero, FlowAccount or QuickBooks) is a bonus, but not essential.
• Communicate well in English & Thai, both written and spoken.
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
• Organised and detail oriented.
