Customer Support Ninja
atPolar LabsWe are seeking an outstanding Customer Support Ninja to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience at a fast-paced, rapidly expanding mobile start-up company. You will be able to use your initiative and creativity to support our expansion, and gain a working knowledge of all aspects of the business.
You will be in charge of customer support for our product as well as our social media channels, including email marketing.

- Deliver great customer experiences through Zendesk
- Provide timely, accurate, effective and high quality customer service
- Promote the adoption of our product and educate users
- Provide customer feedback to the product team
- Social Media management
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
- Create a regular publishing schedule.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Email Marketing
- Managing the company's email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing.
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
- Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements.
- Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- Excellent English written communication and copywriting skills.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
- An excellent team player with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and costumer focused
- You should be highly motivated with strong interest in entrepreneurship and digital marketing, have the ability to quickly assume a great deal of responsibility, and have the ability to adapt well to an unknown cultural environment
- You have an absolute hands-on mentality
