This position is primarily responsible for providing exemplary customer service to Physique 57 clients and contributing to the smooth running of day to day operations. Members of the Client Services Team are responsible for promoting class packages and memberships in line with client needs and company goals. Client Services Team members are expected to provide a high level of client service consistent with our position as a luxury brand.

• Offer the highest level of client service, maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
• Serve as a brand ambassador through extensive knowledge of class offerings, company history and personal experience
• Answer a wide variety of inquiries from clients
• Completes general administration and clerical work including filing, entering new client forms, new client postcards, cancellation policy forms, etc.
• Assist the Studio management in daily studio tasks and projects
• Work as a cohesive team with all Physique 57 staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
