PeerPower is seeking a dynamic Data Engineer with a keen interest in Machine Learning to join us in disrupting financial services.

What will you do at PeerPower?

• Develop and maintain both new and existing functionality of our data management system, software development, and their applications.
• Ensure the code quality and architecture is in line with best practice
• Assist and coordinate with business and marketing team as required
• Work with commercial leads to identify opportunities where Machine Learning (ML), and Advanced Analytics (AA) can be applied to data to solve key business challenges
• Individually or collaborate with other team members to develop ML/AA models to derive actionable insights from data
• Assess value on predictive analytics use cases; continuously refine model over time 

Are we right for each other?

• You are a fast learner and possess a can-do attitude
• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 1-3 years’ experience working on Python/NodeJS/NoSQL
• Good knowledge about Object-Oriented programming languages especially Python, or Java
• Experience in solutions using technologies such as Hadoop/NoSQL and developer skills
• Resourceful, responsible and proactive team player
• Creative, dynamic and entrepreneurial, with a strong belief in startup creation
• You are a good team player with good communication skills and love to collaborate
• Fluent in Thai and English
