About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated campaigns across offline and digital.
This is a hands-on role. You will work with project lead across:
- On-ground activation (events, retail, offline)
- Digital marketing and performance (LINE OA, Meta, TikTok, SEO, Google ads)
- Content marketing (KOL content, UGC content, short video)
- Client, partner, and stakeholder coordination
You will turn agreed strategies into well-executed campaigns through strong coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Support the Marketing Manager or project lead in translating client objectives into campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, status updates, and action lists
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to keep execution on time and on brief
- Escalate risks early and follow through until they are resolved
- Integrated Campaign Execution
- Execute activities across offline, digital, and platform channels based on the agreed plan
- Prepare briefs, checklists, materials, and documents required for campaign delivery
- Support client meetings, recaps, and follow-up actions
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, brand, and timeline requirements
- Offline, Digital & Platform Campaigns
- Support campaign execution across:
- On-ground activations (events, roadshows, retail, and field activities)
- Digital channels (ads, content, CRM, and LINE)
- Platform marketing (KOL, short video, and eCommerce content support)
- Coordinate messaging, assets, and customer journeys across touchpoints
- Conduct quality checks and help resolve live-campaign issues
- Digital Marketing & Performance
- Support organic and paid activities across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LINE OA
- Coordinate creative and content development with internal and external teams
- Monitor metrics, prepare updates, and flag issues or opportunities
- Recommend practical optimizations with guidance from the manager or channel specialist
- Platform & Commerce Marketing (KOL content)
- Support campaigns on commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Coordinate traffic-driving and engagement activities
- Support content guideline: KOL/influencer lifestyle content, and short-video campaigns
- Prepare clear KOL, content, and production briefs
- Coordinate creators, production teams, timelines, assets, and approvals
- Keep platform activities aligned with the broader campaign
- Track performance, capture learnings, and recommend next actions
- Campaign Operations, Reporting & Improvement
- Support the campaign lifecycle from planning through optimization
- Track timelines, budgets, purchase requirements, and delivery status accurately
- Compile reports and turn insights into clear action items
- Client, Partner & Business Support
- Collaborate with Client
- Collaborate with Transformation, Technology, Data, and Operations teams
- Coordinate agencies, vendors, and other external partners
- Spot follow-on opportunities and support the manager with proposals or scopes of work
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, account servicing, or project execution, with exposure to offline or digital channels
Skill
- Working knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
- Digital marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, and LINE)
- On-ground activation and event execution
- Platform marketing (TikTok Shop), especially KOL content and short video planning
- Experience coordinating influencers, creators, content teams, or vendors
- Strong organization, communication, coordination, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using campaign data to identify practical next steps
- Ability to turn plans into clear tasks and follow through.
