- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in real estate sales.
- Proficient in English.
- Own car and driving license.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
- Chinese language skills would be advantage.
- Being responsible for selling property.
- Contacting prospective clients to understand their property requirements, and provide adequate advice.
- Negotiating prices, terms and conditions.
- Managing all documents in the buying /selling process.
