Job Description:
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to validate the scope of work and ensure alignment with Office 365 best practices.
- Lead the implementation of Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Windows10/11, DLP, EMS and Microsoft Defender (MDO, MDE)
- Plan and execute complex migration projects from on-premises or third-party platforms to Office 365.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant Office 365 solutions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Office 365-related issues.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and post-deployment support materials.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Office 365 implementation and migration projects.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services.
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online, OneDrive, EMS, Windows10/11 and Microsoft Defender.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory Domain Services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work outside regular office hours when required.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, MS-500, or SC-100) are highly preferred.
