A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Drive Nestlé's acceleration and partnership on growing platforms in Thailand that includes but is not limited to On Demand and Brand Line OA DTC.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop end-to-end strategy and execution across new and emerging online platforms.
  • Responsible for developing and operationalizing new businesses models to drive Nestlé sales and brand presence online including the RTM.
  • Negotiate and perform sell in for Nestlé portfolio. Lead customer and partner engagement strategies with key emerging platforms to achieve greater online market share and presence across categories.
  • Support eCommerce Manager to develop and execute the strategy for On Demand partnership in order to drive business for relevant categories. Work in close relationship with both internal business units and new platforms in order to strive for business opportunities to maximize Nestlé presence and Online Distribution.
  • Lead the acceleration of emerging platforms such as Pandamart, GrabMart and Line OA by building the master plan (by account) and activating online specific campaigns, including the measurement of their performance. Ensure tracking of Sell in and Sell out performance to be aligned with established customer plans.
  • Develop and manage day-to-day business relationship with key online accounts to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Manage of online key accounts (marketplace and/or retail) in close collaboration with eCommerce Manager.
  • Support eCommerce Manager to lead and develop RTM and Activation Plan for International Assortment across our Market Places. Ensure relevant portfolio and work in collaboration with Digital Activation manager to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Responsible for demand forecasting submission internally for the assigned categories to ensure supply. Constantly monitor stock availability at customers to be compliant with company targets for relevant categories.
  • Accountable for promotional budget management at category level according to the established target. Ensure management of customer compensations and compliance with rate cards provided by the Category Managers from each Business Unit

ARE YOU A FIT?
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of commercial & operations, retailing and retail customers.
  • Experience with online business on commercial side preferably from emerging platforms such as Grab, FoodPanda, etc.
  • Strong digital media knowledge with multi-category experience
  • Experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Development will be an additional advantage
  • Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
  • Outstanding analytical skills with strong knowledge in interpreting test results and drawing conclusions
  • Good stakeholder management skill and able to handle complexity
  • Possess 'Challenge the Status Quo' mindset
  • Strong command of English and Thai
