E-Commerce Manager (Bioderma)

Qualifications:

  • The shortlist candidate must have a proven experience in E-Commerce background only.
  • 3-5 years in e-commerce business, especially in marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
  • Experience with Magento platform ideal.
  • Experience as online merchant on direct-selling platform.
  • Experience working with third-party web shops and marketplaces to drive sales.
  • Must have strong analytics capabilities, and proven record of translating analytic insights into actions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with peers in Sales and other functions, as well as retail/e-retail customers.
  • Must be able to develop strategy and convince stakeholders to align.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and creatively.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Good problem-solver and possess leadership skill.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Target-oriented, a team player, schematic, enthusiastic, and ambitious.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all online trade and sales activities.
  • Develop partnership marketing programs with partners i.e. marketplace.
  • Create and maintain an online business plan.
  • Keep current knowledge of online trends.
  • Provide analytic reports of online sales.
  • Work closely with Marketers on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing for sales generating and development.
  • Manage various internal data sources and web analytics tools to enhance customer experience and assist to increase web presence of company and monitor all websites and recommend changes required.
  • Develop activities and plans for various ecommerce projects and coordinate with Marketing team to prepare an effective schedule for project and ensure compliance to same.
  • Assist all internal parties to understand product deliverables and provide support to all activities on ecommerce platforms and ensure satisfaction of customer at all times.
  • Analyze online experience of customer and recommend improvements to same and assess effectiveness of all key metrics and monitor all vendor service level agreement to ensure optimal quality of services to customer.
  • Coordinate with internal team and provide support to all online marketing strategies and prioritize projects and recommend ways to increase traffic to website with incorporation of best tools and assist to maximize revenue.
