• We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in conference and meeting organization to join our dynamic team at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. This full-time position will be based in Khlong Toei, Bangkok, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and attendees.
• Oversee and manage international and local conference projects for both private and government sectors.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage and control project budgets, ensuring that revenues and expenditures remain within approved limits.
• Direct and manage the team's administration, and be able to coach the team's member.
• Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and related parties to ensure compliance with established guidelines and quality standards.
• Do the project's update presentation to the clients, be persuasive and meet the client's satisfaction.
• Update work progress and complete tasks as assigned and report to the line manager regularly.
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in event of conference and exhibition management.
• Background experience of MICE, Exhibition, or Event management project will be advantage.
• Very Good command of English both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, enthusiastic, result-oriented, flexible.
• Have plenty of energy, a calm 'customer-focused' manner, the ability to cope with pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management and organizational abilities.
