Junior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Marketing, PR and Digital Marketing strategies. Her role is to plan and execute brand initiatives and activities to enhance brand positioning, gain share of mind through effective marketing strategies, creative PR buzz, use of various social media, consumer events and other joint promotions and co-branding opportunities to enhance awareness in Thailand.

• Build strong marketing, digital and PR strategies for the business
• Strategically develop Marketing Calendar together with Management and formulate marketing objectives and strategies that align with brand objectives
• Implement new product launch plan and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis of each launch
• Responsible for the achievement of the budgeted retail and net sales and inventory targets for the skus and category.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities with beauty retailers in Bangkok such as Eve and Boy, Boots, Sephora etc.
• Plan, control and executive PR activities within budget allowance: press parties, write or adapt press releases, press send
• Explore opportunities for additional media exposure
• Work with celebrities and makeup artists: build rapport with these key influencers
• Grow Missse digital reach and coverage
• Constantly grow Facebook fanpage with the agreed KPI with Brand General Manager
• Explore digital activities with new/potential social medium to explore brand awareness

• Bachelor's degree or Higher preferably business or marketing related
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong creative skills
• Well organised with good time management skill
