JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Media Buyer who is specialized in optimizing online advertising and negotiating and buying advertising inventory for both clients and internal marketing activities. You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices.

In this role, you should be an effective negotiator, critical thinker, and able to monitor and adjusting advertising strategy timely. 

Your goal will be to optimize ad exposure and outdo competition while staying within budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Media planning and buying across social channels, display, video, influencers, news media owning elements of planning and execution.

• Monitor trends, tools, opportunities, and applications in paid media environments, and appropriately apply that knowledge.

• Develop and present media-specific documents such as RFPs, media plans, objectives and strategies decks, and other related functions.

• Create campaign post-launch information such as screenshots, links, and placement information to demonstrate proof of placement for clients.

• Manage day-to-day communication with key partners: Vendors, Partner Agencies, and Creative media and social clients.

• Manage and monitor day-to-day online ads performance and quickly report to the head project once any problems or issues occur to solve.

• Report on campaign performance with the ability to distill and curate insights and findings.

DESIRED SKILLS

• More than 2 years in media planning with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to articulate strategy, rationale, and ideas.

• Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.).

• Experience with media planning and buying tools.

• Experience working on experiential programs, content creation, and new media platforms preferred.

• Desire to learn more of the trends shaping consumer behavior today and in the future.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.

• Digitally connected with an insatiable curiosity.

• Teamwork and growth mindset that is willing to help others in the team even in the field you are not responsible for.

• Great communication skills and manner that respecting people in the company.

• Being able to manage multiple different projects.
