• Analyze competitor data and market overview of the character business including Market research to find information for planning and designing strategies.
• Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals and create the strategy including medium-term and annual term plan that effectively serve the business.
• Create marketing campaigns to reach target audience. The main objective is to increase conversion rate sales.
• Create advertising campaigns to communicate with customers on social media channels (Facebook, IG, Tiktok).
• Monitor and analyze useful insight about website traffic in part that related.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to detect issues before they impact users.
• Update weekly & monthly reports to Business to customer department.
• Other assignment by direct manager.
• Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in marketing fields from 3-5 years.
• Additional education or experience may be preferred.
• Have knowledge and understand in online media advertising in Facebook/ Google /YouTube/ Tiktok.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the working experience in SEO/ SEM/ User Experience.
• Have experience in character business will be advantage.
• Computer skills, especially Google docs, Mac OS, Microsoft office.
