Art Director will be responsible for directing your design/art team. You sometimes need to teach and train your team to develop their skills.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Graduated major in art field
• Responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign
• Contribute to the creative concepts, providing innovative ideas.
• Participate in the brainstorming of and creation of concepts for digital ideas
• The ability to quickly grasp the fundamentals of a brief and to generate worthy ideas.
• Work with team to create designs prototypes models.
• develop and coordinate creation of visual mockups
• Ability to translate findings/concepts into simple and elegant user interface solutions
• Able to incorporate customer insights and user-centered design principles throughout the creative process
• Knowing UX/UI
• Advanced Photoshop/Adobe CS knowledge and other latest digital software
• (MUST) Great visual eye and focus on details
• Familiarity with mobile web and native applications
• Outstanding communication skills; written, verbal
