Business Development Manager

atMinto (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager  to oversee the activities of our B2B team and sales activities.

Business Development Manager positions are both in the Sales/Account Team who have high responsibility in working with clients. 
In short, a Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the Sales/Account Team to achieve the team’s goal and both operating and overseeing the ongoing projects to maintain client relationships. 

Ultimately, a Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Profit and Loss of the entire B2B section of Minto Thailand and being able to strategically plan the team’s direction to achieve the annual goal we set together in Profit and Loss.

 

The Business Development Manager responsibilities 

  • Work closely with the Managing Director to plan the annual Profit and Loss plan for the B2B section. 
  • Build a strategic plan to achieve the goal and create a consistent commitment to the team’s effort and execution.
  • Overseeing a team of account executives / sales to ensure that sales objectives are achieved by building KGI/KPI, frequently catching up, and making sure the team is going in the right direction.
  • Setting reasonable sales quotas to be achieved by the sales team.
  • Developing long-lasting relationships with new prospects or building networks for the company.
  • Supervise account executives / sales to be able to handle the clients smoothly and maintain good relationships.
  • Identifying customer needs and strategically developing new services by utilizing company products, services and resources that fulfill those needs.
  • Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services. 
  • Guiding and coaching the whole team to catch up with the KPI of each member.

 

Business Development Manager Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Additional education or experience may be preferred.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • Experiences in Marketing Agency Industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills, especially Google docs, Mac OS, Microsoft office.
  • Good presentation skills.

 

Our B2B section services

  • Creating Mascot Character for Brands to utilize in Marketing and Branding Activities.
  • Provide Digital Marketing services such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok contents production and account management.
  • Provide Market research to understand customer insight in both Quantitative and Qualitative ways of data collection.
  • Provide our famous characters for Brands to utilize in Promotional purposes. (such as Premium goods, LINE Sponsored stickers, etc.)
  • Provide our famous characters for Brands to utilize in producing merchandise (such as license to stationary brand and produce products with our character design) 
  • Provide our partner’s IPs from overseas (such as JP anime) to Brands in Thailand to utilize in their products and promotion.


Experience required

  • Business Development Manager
  • 5 years experience in Marketing Related Position
  • 2 years experience in Management position (at least 5 pax in your team)
  • Experience in Licensing business will be a plus for this position.
  • Experience in Both Sales and Account Executive, will be a plus.
