In this role, you will help enable better decision-making on both tactical (e.g., effective and efficient team formation) and strategic (e.g., longer term sector strategy and people pipeline/initiatives) levels. You will develop and coach individuals and facilitate their professional development. You will work with each consultant to build a trust-based relationship which includes an in-depth understanding of professional aspirations, experiences, strengths, development needs and relevant personal circumstances.

You will manage the feedback, review and evaluation processes (e.g., semi-annual reviews, upward feedback systems, candidate diligence, post-engagement surveys) in close cooperation with the respective review committee chairs and leadership. You will support location leaders to help create and maintain a vibrant professional community, serve as an adviser and sounding board for local community building activities and people functions (e.g., recruiting and HR) as well as analyze cell specific data for training and reporting purposes.
