We are seeking a hands-on warehouse operations professional who is passionate about optimizing processes, improving inventory accuracy, and leading high-performing teams. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, leverage WMS capabilities, and contribute to the success of a growing e-commerce logistics business.

Job Description

Manage goods movement and goods receipt activities within the warehouse. Maintain performance records for each activity to review and monitor productivity. Ensure all processes within the function are properly executed and controlled within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Identify operational issues related to stock accuracy and propose solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor and ensure that day-to-day warehouse operations are properly controlled and executed. Oversee goods receipt, put-away, inventory movement, dispatch, and export activities within the warehouse. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and customers at all organizational levels. Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment for employees. Identify operational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and implement solutions to improve operational KPIs. Monitor staff performance and take appropriate action when performance or behavior does not comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, value-added services (VAS), and returns management. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and e-commerce operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze operational data and develop management and customer KPI reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
