Job Description
Responsibilities:
1) Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and
other IT related devices.
2) Prepare new machines for employees or replacement in case of damage.
3) Solve problems including hardware and software.
4) Prepare documentation for all IT related including issuing PR, Installation Manual, Document
update.
5) Perform routine physical check for equipment in IT room.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or a related
field.
2) At least 1 years’ experience in IT Support with knowledge of Servers (hardware and software),
Storage (NAS), Computer (hardware and software), OS (Windows Server, Windows 10),
Networks (Switch, Router), Wifi Access Point, Firewall Policy.
3) Good command in English will be advantage.
4) Male/Female, age 20 - 30 years old.
