Sale Trainer (Supervisor)

- To support in the design and develop training programs, teaching and training methods
- To be trainer to train for our Sales team
- To provide training reports, training evaluation, assessment and training programs
- Working closely with sales team and on the job training to develop sales people
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Sales Trainer
- Experience in banking or insurance business are preferable
- Strong in communication and presentation skills.
- Able to travel up-country and can work under pressure
