Job Description:

• Initiate and develop marketing acquisition strategy & campaigns based on distribution channels with execution plan to achieve number of account target & business volume within the assigned budget.
• Explore new opportunities to expand sales channels including Online digital application, X selling to partner customer base and new market segmentations
• Manage & monitor each channel performance eq. approval rate, activation rate, acquisition productivities, underwriting etc to prepare action plan to drive new account.
• Work with Installment team and CRM to boost up installment Vol. of Cobrand card and KFV at CRC Group
• Work with creative team on creative development process to launch marketing materials of acquisition campaign into the marketplace.
• To prepare pre & post launch analysis of campaign & partnership program to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Work with sales and channels on a daily basis to boost up sales numbers whilst offering support (i.e. activity at POS, troop, etc.) when required to ensure the monthly target is met.
• Manage and motivate internal and external sales teams to achieve target.
• Coordinate with related parties for new policy, new market segmentation and new process
• Ensure marketing campaigns comply with legal & compliance, group policies.
• Manage business partner relationship including, monthly or quarterly performance update, commercial payment, negotiate for card holder privileges & benefits.
• Contract Agreement both external and internal RPT management to ensure business productivity and continuity.
• Ensure Customer Experience is smooth from end to end (applying, approval, spending, fulfillment & redemption processes)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• At least 4 years of working experience in Marketing and Product Management area
• Good in English and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in computer skill i.e. Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skill and negotiation skill
• Have a good business awareness and be well presented with a professional manner
• Be proactive and able to take the initiative
• Self-motivated and excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Be able to Work well in a team and with a wide range of people
