Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Overseeing general office operation.
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Responsible for flight booking, accommodation, etc.
  • Perform regular payment/claim for offices in an efficient timely and accurate manner.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Monitor inventory control (stocks, office stationery, etc.) are replenished accordingly.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration. 
  • Office management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
