HR Partnership-AEC (HRBP)
atKasikornbank PCL- Plan conceptual framework of, analyze and execute HR System/plan in AEC context for ASEAN countries
- Analyze business information for HR strategy, human capital scorecard development and HR roadmap execution
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the business and assist in providing creative solutions to HR issues to maximize success of the business
- Provide advices to Line managers by partnering on moderately complex HR processes and procedures
- Manage performance management, capacity planning, organization culture development and other HR key initiatives
- Develop and ensure execution of HR priorities that align with business objectives while providing value as business partner to growing the business
- Provide comprehensive Human Resource support to a business unit or corporate function
- Master's degree in MBA, Human Resource Management, Finance or related fields
- 5 years of relevant working experiences e.g. Regional HRBP
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of any third language is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communications skills; maturity and ability to interact responsively and tactfully with staff at all levels
- High achievement drive and good teamwork player
- Be able to travel
