Endpoint System Engineer
atKasikornbank PCLLocation: Bangkok-Chaengwattana Head Office
- This role is responsible for managing vendor on day to day operation which includes ATM, Helpdesk, Remote support and onsite engineer. In addition, they will control all endpoint configuration and define the endpoint client policy and control. They must well understand on incident management process, problem management process and configuration management.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
- 5-7 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Quantitative analysis or related fields
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic ITIL v3.0
- Knowledge in windows and mobile platform
