- ดูแลการพิมพ์เอกสาร เช่น จดหมาย ใบเสนอราคา และอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำและดูแลเอกสารต่างๆ พร้อมสรุปยอดรายการต่างๆให้เป็นระบบและระเบียบ เช่น ใบสำคัญรับ ใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบแจ้งหนี้ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเบิกค่าเดินทาง เงินสดย่อยประจำเดือน
- เก็บข้อมูล สถิติของพนักงาน เช่น ข้อมูลการขาด ลา มาสายของพนักงาน
- ดูแลการจัดเตรียมห้องประชุม พร้อมอุปกรณ์การประชุม
- ดูแลงานด้านเอกสาร และติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและนอกสำนักงาน
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสำนักงาน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทั่วไป การบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดีพอใช้
- มีความเป็นระเบียบ ระบบ และรอบคอบ
- มีความตั้งใจ ขยันหมั่นเพียร รักการบริการ และสามารถรับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้
- บุคลิกภาพดี พูดจาฉะฉาน คล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว
