- สามารถเรียงลำดับความสาคัญของงานได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และตรงเวลาได้
- มีความสนใจในการเล่นเกม และอุตสาหกรรมเกม
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และสื่อสารได้ดี
- ออกแบบ และสร้างFlowสาหรับหน้าต่าง ๆ ในเกม
- เสนอแนวคิดในการวิเคราะห์ ประเมิน แก้ไขUIของตัวเกมให้กับทีมต่าง ๆ
- ออกแบบTransition, Effectต่าง ๆ ที่จะช่วยสนับสนุนความเข้าใจของผู้เล่นได้
- ค้นคว้าแนวคิดจากเกมในตลาดเพื่อนามาปรับใช้กับตัวเกมของบริษัทได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถประเมินเวลาในการทางานของตัวเองได้อย่างแม่นยำ
- สามารถทาการทดสอบกับกลุ่มผู้เล่นจริง เพื่อนำผลทดสอบมาวิเคราะห์
- ประเมินและแก้ไขได้อย่างตรงตามจุดประสงค์
