- มีผลงานปรากฏในเกม, แอนิเมชั่น,UX/UI
- จบการศึกษาจากคณะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับComputer Art, Game, Animation,หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมAdobe Illustrator, Photoshopได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีผลงานปรากฏในเกม, แอนิเมชั่น,UX/UIหรือสื่อสาธารณะอื่นๆ
- มีความเข้าใจในขั้นตอนการผลิตชิ้นงานศิลปะในอุตสาหกรรมเกม
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และสื่อสารได้อย่างชัดเจน
- หากเป็นคนชอบเล่นเกม สนใจงานศิลปะในเกมต่างๆ จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้Game Engineเช่นUnity, Unreal Engineจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีความสนใจในการออกแบบUIเกม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานกราฟิคให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์
- สามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลงานออกมาได้ตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
- สามารถนาเสนอแนวคิด ไอเดียของตัวเองได้
- มีทักษะในการค้นคว้า วิเคราะห์เทคนิคต่างๆ จากผลงานสาหรับอ้างอิง ในการทางานได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารกับทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
- เป็นตัวแทนบริษัทในการออกงานแสดงผลงานต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สามารถวางแผนการทางาน และเรียงลำดับความสาคัญในงานแต่ละชิ้นได้
