About the role

Responsible for on-site HUAWEI CLOUD HCS environment operations and maintenance at the operator site, including on-site environment issue locating and troubleshooting with the ability to coordinate with Huawei backend engineers for assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on-site HUAWEI CLOUD HCS environment operations and maintenance, including environment issue locating and troubleshooting

• Coordinate with Huawei backend engineers for assistance

• Manage version upgrades and updates

• Monitor real-time capacity of the live network

• Perform resource specification adjustments

• Locate basic issues and perform basic environment expansion and changes

• Identify corresponding risks based on operational monitoring and alerts

• Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues

• Perform basic problem tracking and drive improvements to customer satisfaction

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience in customer-side on-site operations and maintenance

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Meticulous and responsible

• Basic communication skills and sense of teamwork

• Cloud experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud

• Able to assist in completing daily operations and maintenance tasks
