This role is responsible for leading and managing a Reliability Laboratory team of approximately 15 employees, including Engineers, Technicians, and Operators, to ensure reliable and efficient testing operations.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• Lead and develop a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Operators.
• Plan and manage laboratory capacity and resources to meet reliability testing demands.
• Ensure delivery of testing services in line with target timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• Translate global business, customer, and industry requirements into laboratory goals and operational targets.
• Maintain and continuously improve the laboratory's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and failure prevention initiatives.
• Manage laboratory documentation, including ownership of the lab manual and document control system.
• Collaborate closely with global reliability teams, business divisions, product lines, and other sites.
• Oversee cost center budgeting and resource utilization.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to both local site management and global management teams.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related disciplines.

• At least 8 years of experience in Reliability Testing, Laboratory Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing environments, with leadership experience preferred.

• Strong background in laboratory management, quality systems, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or related standards.

• Experience in budget and cost center management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
