【Job Description 】
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and pm team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
【Required Experience and Skills】
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fresh graduate is welcome
【Expectation】
- Very responsive on supporting new and current paying users inquiries on a weekday
- Can support weekend inquiries as a part-time job (Check messages 3 times, on the weekend)
- A new full-time member would start with 3-month contract at first, to see the performance before offering the full-time contract
