SAP SD Support Consultant (Working location - Asoke)

• Investigate & respond user problems and provide workaround, solution, and root cause analysis in SAP functionalities accounting and financial area FI/CO, SD, IS-Retail Modules.
• Coordinate with relevant functional teams, development teams to solve user problems.
• Update information to users on SAP changes and related system/ process e.g. development, issues, errors, etc
• Initiate ideas that can improve day-to-day support works and user services.

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting, or Business, or Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP working experience in SAP FI/CO, SD, IS-Retail Modules.
• SAP cross module support and Retail business is advantage.
• User focused with excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication.
• Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, Fast learning, leadership, maturity, strong interpersonal skills and professional integrity.
