Account Manager (Lifecycle Products of Offset Printing)

Scope of Job
The job scope of this position is to achieve sales target with the sense of customer centricity. Main products are the consumable products of the whole process of Sheetfed Printing sold by Heidelberg and affiliated brands called as "Lifecycle" such as the CtP plates, blankets, rollers, inks, coatings, solutions, etc. The job roles include but not limited to;
- Collaborate with all parties to find out the sales opportunity especially with Products and Application Specialist of each products to ensure the Sales Target will be achieved.
- Drive sales performance and participate in any marketing activities.
- Act as the key Point of Contact and ensure professional proactive simultaneous communication with customers
Responsibilities
- Achieve of exceed Sales and Profit targets in accordance the Sales Plan and contribute in Sales strategies and planning.
- Understand and can analyst the market trend, also can create new initiative for the market approaches.
- Keep record and update the customer database with the potential sales or competitive activities in the database and ensure its correctly and useful for the sales and marketing plan
- Ensure reports and paperwork are properly prepared and submitted timely.
- Handle customer complaints and contribute to improve the complaints by identifying gaps and causes of dissatisfaction and recommending improvements. Ensure all agreed action plans are followed up on a timely basis.
- Develop long-term and trust relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Perform as a part of team to achieve the company goals.
- Be open, transparent, proactive and clear communication.
- Maintain responsibility and regular customer contact in all aspects of customer relationship management with the company
- Carry out all duties as assigned by Superior or Management
Qualifications
- Degree in any related fields
- At least 5 years of experiences in Sales, can work as a team and independently
- Have knowledge related to the printing processes and equipment (Prepress, Press, Postpress). Experienced in the printing packaging business would be a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, confident, have logical thinking and problem-solving ability with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Have high level of customer focus and customer centricity and be a good team player, self-adaptable and willing to learn new things
- Can communicate in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Reports to: Head of Sales Department
Subordinate: This position has no direct reportee.
