IT Development Manager
atHealthLink (Thailand) LimitedThe Delivery Manager is responsible for taking the organisation's strategy and delivering and operating a platform to drive and support it. This includes managing an outsourced development team to develop and deliver systems for the platform.
Responsibilities 1. Program Management
- Leads and directs programmes of work which often require considerable resources and high levels of interaction with both internal and customer/partner executives
- Manages the scope, risks, issues, deliverables and schedules of individual programme tasks
- Construct, maintain and communicate the schedule for project life-cycle from initiation to operational hand over
- Control scope of project delivery using standard project management methodology
- Manage issues and risks using standard project management methodology.
2. People Management
- Set expectations for quality, accuracy and timeliness of work expected from the outsourced delivery team
- Provide excellent leadership to help people perform at their best
- Conduct regular scheduled one to one meeting to discuss activities, priorities, progress and problems
- Conduct regular team meetings where appropriate to share knowledge and resolve mutual problems
- Completion of annual performance reviews for all direct reports.
3. Enterprise Analysis
- Develop requirements both business and technical using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, user case scenarios, task and workflow analysis
- Engage and facilitate the different stakeholders involved in the development to agree on requirements and application design
- Support the review and refinement of the product road map (path), helping to prepare the detail required for option selection and/or solution design.
4. Enterprise Architecture
- Lead strategy and innovation in evaluation of existing systems and technologies.
- Develop strategic solutions and blueprints to solve business challenges
- Lead enterprise wide design, research, testing and evaluation of new technologies that improve and enhance the company's service offering
- Lead architecture and design of the platform.
5. Information Security
- Lead strategy and innovation in security planning and design
- Conduct regular security reviews and audits
- Engage with clients to ensure security environments meets current and future requirements.

- C#, ASP.Net Core, React, MS SQL Server, Kubernetes, Docker Mobile
Mobile:
- Swift, Java, Beacons Tools:
- JIRA, Confluence, Invision, Zeppelin, Bitbucket, VSTS
- Essential
- Thai national with very good written and spoken English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Solid background in software development life cycle
- Project management experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with software developers or business users to design and deliver software-based solutions
- Demonstrated experience of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen combined with a good understanding of technology
- Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns.

- Experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns
- Experience in integrating with third-party systems
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or IT
- Experience managing people
- Five (5) years' experience in the Cloud developing.Net solutions and testing environments
- Experience in managing numerous stakeholders.
