Business Development Manager
atHays ThailandAn European MNC which is an industrial manufacturer specializing in B2B solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage their Japanese key accounts. This is to be based in Chonburi.

This company is looking for an excellent communicator and self-motivated person who is driven by results to develop and expand within the Japanese market.
Your new role
- Identify opportunities for clients to achieve their business goals as a sales hunter.
- Grow the Key Japanese Account, partnering with Global and Asia sales team to create a plan to quickly develop and deliver sales.
- Able to work independently in developing the strategies and hands-on in implementation.
- Build relationships with key marketing and media decision makers within client organizations, while understanding the landscape and gaining account penetration.
- Negotiate and close contracts with client’s key decision makers.
What you will need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:
- Japanese language capabilities (business level – spoken and written) as well as English language proficiency to work with multinational stakeholders
- Proven with minimum 5 years’ experience with business development activities.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering from reputable universities
- Possess strong ability in both hunting and selling skills.
- Strong background in new business sales development and comfortable with cold calling.
