Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher

in a related field.

At least 1 year of experience

in Marketing or related field, experience in event management within shopping malls will be advantage

Creative and personable

, with strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant demeanor, patience, and quick problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in English

is an advantage.

Basic computer skills

, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to use a camera.

Job Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Development

Develop event concepts and formats that align with target audiences and drive traffic to the shopping center.

Prepare event proposal presentations, execution plans, timelines, and workflows, while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure successful event delivery.

• Project Management

Manage project budgets and oversee costs and expenditures to ensure efficient resource utilization.

• Tenant & Partner Coordination

Coordinate and maintain relationships with tenants, negotiate effectively with stakeholders, identify potential partners, and build long-term partnerships to support business growth and event success.

• On-Site Operations Management

Oversee and manage on-site event operations to ensure all activities are executed according to the approved plans and schedules.

• Performance Evaluation & Reporting

Evaluate event performance, prepare post-event reports, analyze results, and provide recommendations for future event improvements and development.
