Customer Service Executive / เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า

Job Purpose :

At Gowabi, The Customer Support team are our brand representative, supporting our mission to accelerate Customer experience and be part of Thailand’s leading Beauty platform.

 

What you will do :

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and online chats & Line applications for Service and support Gowabi customers.
  • Prioritize on assigned tasks & projects.
  • Connect with all of Gowabi’s partners, related parties and project owners via phone calls and Line application.
  • Educate Gowabi customers how to Booked and include directing them to the self-help website.
  • Accurately record issues and data into CRM / Google form
  • Provide an exceptional experience to our customers on a daily basis


Who you are :

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment. Fresh graduates are welcome too.
  • Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Great ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a very fast paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships that others want to work with.
  • Strong team-oriented personality is required.
  • Able to communicate in English (TOEIC above 450 is preferred)
  • Working 5 days a week.
  • Working hour 8.00 to 23.00 (WFH for late shift).
