ตำแหน่ง Construction Project Coordinator มีหน้าที่ประสานงานโครงการก่อสร้างและพัฒนาสถานที่สำหรับครอบครัวและเด็ก โดยทำงานร่วมกับทีมบริหาร ซัพพลายเออร์ และผู้รับเหมา เพื่อให้โครงการสำเร็จลุล่วงตามเป้าหมาย
ความรับผิดชอบ
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ ซัพพลายเออร์ และผู้รับเหมา
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหารและฝ่ายโครงการโดยตรง
- ดูแลและติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการ
- จัดการเอกสารและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานประสานงานโครงการก่อสร้าง จบสาขาวิศวกรรมหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการจัดการที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและจัดการเวลาได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
