We are searching for a Customer Engagement Executive.
You will lead customer engagement across Thailand to build trusted partnerships with healthcare teams and system leaders. You will work closely with clinical colleagues, commercial partners, and health system stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions. We value clear communication, curiosity, collaboration, and a strong focus on measurable patient benefit. Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to lead key engagement activities and support vaccination integration within the territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and deliver impactful educational meetings to strengthen HCP engagement and product understanding.
- Engage regional speakers to support peer-to-peer education and aligned communication.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key HCPs and customer groups.
- Track engagement outcomes and refine plans to improve impact.
- Work with HCPs to identify care gaps and support integration of vaccination into routine practice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coordinated and effective execution.

Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company
Specific Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing activation campaigns, Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Cardiovascular experience is preferable.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, with focus on customer-centric approaches.
- Good project management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership, team management skills with fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
