Enterprise Account Manager | SaaS

THE POSITION You will be fluent in Thai and English language.

We are looking for an exceptional person with a passion for communicating how technology can solve problems for the rapidly changing restaurant business.

A Foodkit Account Manager focuses on maintaining and nurturing medium to enterprise level account relationships with some of the regions best known and biggest restaurant brands. We are a customer-centric organization, so this requires you to place the success of our clients and company at the top of the priority list.

You will also be targeted on driving growth and will have a proven work history in developing new business in Thailand. You will be able to effectively prospect, onboard new clients and work with them to expand their relationship with Foodkit.

  • Provide end to end account management for general and technical support to Foodkit's top tier customer base in the Thai market
  • Exceed your sales quota- Build a sales pipeline initially in the Thai market and manage the full sales cycle in a consultative manner
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to identify best fit solution
  • Onsite customer meetings and presentations (in Bangkok)
  • Possess a deep understanding of all products and services offered by Foodkit
  • Address all product-related queries in a timely manner
  • Effectively manage customer expectations whilst also providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Train customers to effectively utilise Foodkit's range of products
  • Build and maintain strong relations with external vendors
  • Maintain CRM/ sales software for existing customers and sales pipeline
  • Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humour, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications
  • 2 years+ of B2B sales and customer service
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in managing multiple B2B relationships simultaneously
  • Critical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously - this is a remote role
  • Solid technical experience with hands on understanding of digital technologies - Familiarity with software development
  • You're a team player. disciplined, reliable and accountable
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills - Your love of people is evident in your smooth communication style and polished presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in Thai language - Working level of english
