Junior Account Manager
atGiant Stride TravelGiant Stride Travel is a scuba diving booking platform that scuba divers can browse, compare and book the diving services around Thailand through www.giantstridetravel.com. Our goal is to provide a seamless user experience for both scuba divers and service providers (dive centers and boat owners) and create a sustainable ecosystem that creates value for the scuba diving industry.
Currently, we are expanding our team and we need an account manager to help grow our business. You will be working closely with the COO to make sure that operations run smoothly. Your main responsibilities will revolve around communicating with service providers and scuba divers; preparing service provider information and uploading it on our website; managing a day to day booking with scuba divers and service providers.

Job Scope:
Work with service providers to prepare them to be listed on our website, such as contract signing, and information collection
Organize and upload the service providers’ information on Giant Stride Travel website
Manage and communicate with scuba divers to help them book a trip smoothly.
Collect and organize trip-related documentation and information of scuba divers for service providers.
Qualification:
Has a minimum bachelor degree
Fluent in English both writing and speaking
Efficient with microsoft office from excel, powerpoint and word
Effectively communicate among many parties
Highly energetic and eager to learn
Has a problem solving skill when face with new circumstances
Has high responsibility and work strictly with timeline
Has an experience in scuba diving is a big plus
