Position Overview: This role focuses on coordinating visual merchandising operations for Gentlewoman, managing VM execution across retail locations. Creative & Strategy: Assist in creating and distributing VM guidelines, lookbook, and display instructions with the creative team. Oversee visual setups for events and pop-ups aligned with brand concepts. Coordination & Management: Coordinate with in-store Visual Merchandisers nationwide to ensure all visual displays are executed in accordance with brand guidelines. Maintain the VM calendar for seasonal campaigns and product launches. Manage logistics and distribution of props, signage, and fixtures to stores. Quality & Feedback: Collect, review store display reports, photos, and checklists. Provide feedback to in-store VM teams. Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise per company standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to align visuals with campaigns. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Communication Arts, Fashion Design, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising preferably within the fashion industry. Skills & Attributes: Strong VM operations knowledge at corporate and store levels. Excellent coordination and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail. Cross-functional communication abilities. Proactive approach to fast-paced environments. Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. Thai nationality with fluent Thai communication skills.
