Sales Associate – ANOTHER STORY
atThe Mall Group Co., Ltd.- ต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าด้วยความสุภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ
- แนะนำสินค้า รายละเอียดสินค้า และโปรโมชั่นให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- นำเสนอสินค้าและปิดการขายให้ได้ตาม Sales Target ที่กำหนด
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยและบรรยากาศภายในร้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของ ANOTHER STORY
- จัดเรียงสินค้าและดูแล Visual Merchandising ให้สวยงามและพร้อมจำหน่าย
- ตรวจสอบและดูแลสต๊อกสินค้า รวมถึงการนับสต๊อกและเติมสินค้า
- ติดตามข้อมูลสินค้าใหม่ เทรนด์ และโปรโมชั่นต่าง ๆ เพื่อสามารถให้ข้อมูลแก่ลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- รับฟัง Feedback ของลูกค้าและประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales, Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle หรือ Customer Service จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในห้างสรรพสินค้า หรือร้าน Fashion / Lifestyle จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใจรักงานขายและงานบริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและนำเสนอสินค้า
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันเสาร์–อาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
