As Technical Support Specialist you will be reporting to Specification/Technical support Manager. You'll work collaborate with our professional supporting team in Thailand and in oversea. You will be responsible for walking customers through the process of achieving their goal, whether the problem relates to a user error, or something else entirely.

• Provide internal and external customer with excellent technical support for uPVC, Aluminum Windows and Doors hardware system
• Onsite Intervention - and support our product for technical and application issues.
• Interpreting customers requirements, write reports, prepare training materials, onsite training, giving information, monitor problems, and suggest a solution to customer.
• Answers customer's technical questions and supports the Salesperson with technical issues
• Performs other duties as assigned by company.

• Technical Certificate, Vocational Certificate, Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad would be advantage)
• Good in technical, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skill.
• Experiences in technical support role would be advantage.
• Well knowledge of uPVC, Aluminum Windows and Doors hardware is high advantage.
• Self-motivation and fast learning.
• Own transportation and driving license.
