Job Description

The position has been created to provide strategic guidance in implementing D365 end-to-end Supply Chain processes (Manufacturing). This role will coordinate with each of the functional teams to provide leadership on solutions related to all Supply Chain processes.

Essential Functions

• Experience implementing end-to-end D365 Finance and Supply Chain projects.
• Leading the D365 Supply Chain Workstream
• Coordinating with the technical team as to make sure no client needs are left unaddressed
• Converting business requirements into the most efficient technical models
• Breakdown our client’s business processes, to map out and link any functional and non functional requirements
• Analyzing and designing solutions for applications, matching processes that fit application requirements seamlessly
• Manage gaps detected between during prototyping
• Prototyping and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes that make the our client’s systems run smoothly and swiftly
• Documenting the process, informing and preparing clients during critical moments in the project
• Leading the testing of the proposed system
• Training users and explaining complex reasoning behind changes.

Qualifications

• Fluently in English with Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of related experience and education.
• 5+ years Sr. Functional Consultant experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing.
• Experience participating in all stages of multiple Dynamics AX/365 Finance and Operations implementation projects.
• Strong project management skills with effective results focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.

Must have

• 5+ years experience with Dynamics AX/365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of related experience and education.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience participating in all stages of multiple AX/D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects.
• Expertise in writing functional specifications, gap documents, and training materials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Locally-based candidates are preferred
