Job Scope 
∙ Research and recommend business strategy, both on the long term and short term to the  organization’s management towards business expansion. 
∙ Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement new strategies for but not limited  to sales, partnerships and marketing 
∙ Inform senior management on new product features to be developed to meet current and  future business needs. 
∙ Identify and qualify new clients based on company’s business model and guidelines. ∙ Initiate, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to create new business  opportunities 
∙ Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between clients, partners and senior  management for business expansions and new opportunities. 
∙ Manage client meetings with internal teams for project development and delivery activities. ∙ Maintain a database of potential customer’s contact numbers and emails. ∙ Assist business development team in creating business plan, business model, project budget  and scope of work. 
∙ Assist senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence,  material preparation and other business development projects. 
∙ Work closely with internal team to deliver business services with high level of customer  satisfaction. 
∙ Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers. 
∙ Develop and customize business reports, ensuring they meet with client’s needs

Preferred Qualifications 
∙ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field 
∙ Experiences in strategy and business development an advantage 
∙ Excellent computer and data analytic skills 
∙ Knowledge of ERP systems an advantage 
∙ Top skills in customer service management 
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
∙ Strong ability to carry out tasks with very little supervision or independently ∙ Strong interpersonal relationship skills 
∙ Ability to easily solve varying degrees of problems relating to the work environment ∙ Ability to organize and carry out a number of duties simultaneously 
∙ Top presentation skills 
∙ Ability to perform at optimum even under work pressure
