Account Manager
atEver Medical Technology Co., Ltd.Specific Responsibilities:
You’ll primarily be acting as the point of contact between the customer account assigned to you and Ever’s project teams.
You will be responsible for all effective, regular and timely communications and negotiations with customers under your account(s).
As an Account Manager, you will actively ensure that all deliverables are aligned with main customer business goals.
You’ll be coordinating with all stakeholders, internal and external, throughout the project life cycle, ensuring that customers and our internal business teams are aligned.
You will create detailed business plans for your accounts designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas, OKRs
You will assist with the entire sales cycle starting from acquiring clients until deals are secured, to providing professional after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
You will unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
You will negotiate agreements and keep thorough and organized records of sales data for sales analysis and improvement
You will be responsible for mitigating any risk that occurs with the customer, such as responding to complaints and resolving issues concerning any customer’s requirements, maintaining the company’s image and reputation.
Who we are looking for:
Account Management experience is a plus
Experience in working with and managing B2B and/or B2C products. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in negotiation and client relationship management
Ability to think both in terms of high level strategy, business acumen, keenness and quick response to deal with daily business situations
Excellent command of English and Thai (both Fluent)
Experience in an international, fast paced environment.
Willingness to work in Bangkok.
Open to learn new tools or skill sets.
