เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 40 ปีขึ้นไป
จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล (HRD, HRM) 10 ปีขึ้นไป
มีทักษะในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การเจรจาต่อรอง และการโน้มน้าวที่ดี
มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในงานแรงงานสัมพันธ์ และกฎหมายแรงงานเป็นอย่างดี
สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
