Role & Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives

• Design project plan, resource, scope, and timeline

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

• Track project costs in order to meet budget and timeline

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Leading project planning sessions

• Coordinating staff and internal resources

• Managing project progress and adapt work as required

• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

• Participating in client's meeting

• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff

• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

• Managing large and diverse teams

• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualification:

• At least 5 years' work experience as project manager

• Excellent communication skills presentation skills.

• Familiarity with IT Project or Information System

• Energetic able to work under pressure.

• Strong interpersonally skill and able to work multitasking

• Dependable, hungry, proactive, flexible, and open to learning

• Able to work under pressure and be a multitasker.

• Able to work independently while being team player

• Good command of English, both oral and written
