Senior Marketing Executive

- วางแผนงบประมาณ, แผนปฏิบัติงานการตลาด, แผนส่งเสริมการขายของโครงการ
- จัดทำและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการตลาด และคู่แข่ง
- ควบคุมดูแลกิจกรรมด้านการตลาด โฆษณา ประชาสัมพันธ์ โครงการ
- จัดทำ และประสานงาน งานออกแบบสื่อโฆษณาต่างๆ ของโครงการ
- ร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็น และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในงานด้านการตลาดได้
- ตรวจสอบสภาพโครงการ เช่น ห้องตัวอย่าง สำนักงานขาย รวมถึงสื่อโฆษณาภายในโครงการ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 26-32 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานการตลาด 2-3 ปีขึ้นไป ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- คิดวางแผน วิเคราะห์ได้
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี และมีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน
- กระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่กดดันได้ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้คล่อง
